Interwoven is an intimate, sensory 1.5-hour workshop weaving voice, tea, and embodied presence. It is designed for those curious about the healing power of voice, ritual, and slow, conscious listening. This workshop is for anyone longing to reconnect with the body as an instrument- breath, inner resonance, and the wisdom carried through cultural traditions, woven together with modern practices.
The workshop brings together vocal practices, gentle somatic movement, and community ritual. Through voice therapy, vocal toning, and a guided herbal tea meditation, we create a shared space of openness, remembrance, and connection. Participants are invited to explore their voice as a source of empowerment and liberation. Leaving with simple, embodied tools to listen more deeply, express more freely, and carry this resonance into their daily lives.
